Welcome to 2019!

Last year, I attended John Kehoe’s Awakening retreat, where we defined happiness and what it adds to our lives. I realised that, being focused on goals, to-do-lists and deadlines, I had lost sight of happiness, with little time for appreciating special moments and treasured connections.

This year I pledge to live in the now, taking pleasure in my life’s journey, not just the destination.
My 2019 blogs will remind me to be happy, and will share my insights on the practice of happiness with you.
