Montgomery County assisting with damage assessment
The Montgomery County Business Development Center is currently working with both State and Federal officials in relation to assessing the damage
to various companies throughout the County. This information may help us obtain possible direct assistance for your businesses through a larger set of federal aid programs.
Information we are looking for are as follows:
-Name of Business and damage received due to the storm and whether or not such damage will prevent you from re-opening.
-If your business has suffered such direct physical damage that you will not be operational without major capital construction & reconstruction
-Have and will your operations be affected by interruption of services due to damage to public infrastructure (water, sewer, roads, bridges, power).

The Montgomery County Business Development Center is a comprehensive resource for business and economic development and planning services throughout Montgomery County. Available services include business development and technical assistance; company and facility siting; workforce and labor development; and government coordination, including permit processes and Empire Zone incentives. In addition, the Center provides County Planning services and grant writing. The Montgomery County Business Development Center is comprised of the Montgomery County Industrial Development Agency and the Montgomery County Department of Economic Development and Planning. The Montgomery County Department of Economic Development and Planning is also the Tourism Promotion Agency for Montgomery County.
