Thank you for registering for our World Interfaith Harmony Week webinar, "Seeds of Peace: Growing a New Alliance of Virtue" in support of the theme, "Faith Action for Sustainable Development and the One Trillion Trees Initiative." Patrick Horn was an invited guest speaker for a World Interfaith Harmony Week panel hosted by the Global Law Thinkers Society, an association of legal scholars and professionals with members in more than 60 countries. He discussed youth leadership and interfaith dialogue for cooperative action, especially environmental stewardship. Recording is here.

“MAKE EVERY SUNDAY PEACE SUNDAYS” is One Global Family’s CALL TO ACTION in collaboration with the Unity and Diversity World Council and the United Religions Initiative.
Patrick Horn is a co-producer for the fourth Sunday webcasts focusing on environmental stewardship. • Wilbur Awards
For over 70 years, the Religion Communicators Council has recognized the work of individuals, production companies, and agencies as they communicate about religious issues, values, and themes with professionalism, fairness, respect, and honesty. Any person or agency may submit entries for the 2021 Wilbur Awards. Entries are eligible if released or distributed through a non-religious medium of general circulation during the 2020 calendar year. The work must be focused on religious issues, positive values, and uplifting themes. Entry is open now. Any questions can be referred to Ryan John Koch. Deadline was February 8, 2021.
• DeRose-Hinkhouse Memorial Awards
The Nashville Chapter of RCC is providing coordination of the DeRose-Hinkhouse Memorial Awards, presented annually to active RCC members who demonstrate excellence in religion communications and public relations. Follow this link to access Categories and Classes and enter online. Any questions can be referred to Brian Fesler. Deadline was January 19, 2021.
• Annual Convention: “Opening New Portals: Building Community.”
Save the dates of April 6-9, 2021. The Religion Communicators Council (RCC), Associated Church Press (ACP), and Canadian Christian Communicators Association (CCCA) will present their 2021 Annual Meeting/Conventions as a virtual event, including RCC’s DeRose-Hinkhouse and the Wilbur Awards presentations. We will be using the WHOVA platform. Watch for further details and schedule.
