Liza the Wine Chick

The next class will focus on the public relations experience and will be held December 13th in the afternoon.
Restaurant tip of the week: when you think you can sell the rest of the bottle, offer guests a taste of wines you don't pour by the glass. You may gain so new fans and open your customers' horizons.

“Liza is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wine! She makes wine education fun and approachable. I always discover new wines at her events.”

- Miki Carlton
SF marketing executive

Film of the week: The Story of an Egg, shown at the Napa Film Festival, made me think long and hard about language and the way we eat. I also loved Putzel, based on my beloved NY bagel shop Barney Greengrass.

What I am Drinking: Rombauer Merlot: the wine's soft tannins and seductive fruit paired beautifully with roast chicken.
