AVICOM Festival of Audiovisual International Multimedia Patrimony f@imp 2.0 and Conference
Every year since 1996, ICOM's International Committee on Audiovisual, New Media Technologies and Social Media AVICOM organises f@imp 2.0, the Festival of Audiovisual International Multimedia Patrimony. The aim of this globally acclaimed festival is the evaluation and promotion of audiovisual productions as well as innovative multimedia creations by and for museums or others institutions of cultural heritage.

6th ICOM Palmyra-Talk : ICOM Austria
ICOM Austria ICOM Österreich presents the 6th ICOM Palmyra-Talk in cooperation with the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018. The conference will be held at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Vienna, Austria on 4th April. This time, the conversation will focus on the Bamiya World Heritage site in Afghanistan and the tragic destruction of the Colossal Buddhas of 2001.
