Step-by-step instructions for claiming your pre-purchased premium membership

Dear <<First Name>>,

We want you to be able to get started with Hoffman Academy right away, so here's something you should know about activating your pre-purchased 12-month Premium Membership.

Clicking on your activation button in your email does not automatically apply your credit to your account. There are a few steps you need to take.

When you click your activation button in the email we sent you yesterday it will send you to a page that looks something like this:

Click on "Redeem" which will send you to our website so you can create a new account or log into your old account.

Once you have logged in, click your avatar in the top right corner and use the drop down menu to get to your "Account" page.

Now click on "Students"

On your "Students" page you will see a purple card with your pre-purchased premium membership. Click on that card and follow the prompts to add new premium students or apply premium membership to existing students.

If you haven't already tried using your activation code (or sent it to someone else as a gift), you can redeem your pre-purchase by clicking this button and following the steps above:
