Get your day started off on the right foot by joining a small group of your neighbours on a quick, brisk morning walk!
Led by one of our lively Wellness Ambassadors, you will take a short circuit around the neighbourhood - roughly 20 - 30 mins. Option to have a post walk coffee, if anyone is interested.
8 Person Maximum. We will split into smaller groups if we have more than 10 folks show up. Please bring a mask for when distancing is not possible (on small trails).
