Coming soon!

The Best of Kin family, (brothers Ryan and Collin and close friend Cole), are truly bonded by beer. Happy hour was a long-standing tradition in their homes growing up. Beer was enjoyed after a hard day’s work when they would catch up on their day. This quality time helped shape a sense of togetherness... and a love for beer!

In November 2014, Ryan and Collin’s father passed away. They realized life is too short not to explore their shared dream of opening a brewery and to create a place where friends, family, and community can come together and bond over beer (or beverage of choice). Cole recently elevated the team with extensive experience in the restaurant industry and passion for making great food and drinking craft beer. Look out for their new space and SCA events!

Location // TRUCK Contemporary Art, 2009 10 Ave SW, Calgary
Gallery Hours // Wednesday - Saturday from 1 PM - 6 PM

TRUCK Contemporary Art presents SEVEN PORTALS by Jae Sterling. The pandemic is a portal—a looking glass—that has forced us to confront the past, process the present, and consider new futures in a multiplicity of ways. In this new body of work, Jae Sterling documents the strange, surreal, and survivalist elements of our times through an immersive installation of visuals and soundscapes. SEVEN PORTALS reflects on the drastic shifts in our current reality, inviting us to enter the threshold to an oasis of art, water, and light and emerge on the other end—refreshed and renewed.
