What if this photograph is by Albert Namatjira?
We can’t wait for our trip to Adelaide in October. Our installation named “What if this photograph is by Albert Namatjira?” will be launched at the Art Gallery of South Australia during Tarnanthi on Thursday 12 October. You must see this! It is a speculative project where Aranda artists at the Itlja Ntjarra Many Hands Art Centre look closely at the Battarbee Collection, imagine who might have taken an historical collection of photographs, and respond with their own paintings. Thank you to artist Tom Nicholson for his mentorship.

New collaborative works with Artist Tony Albert! As Ivy Pareroultja explains:
I don't buy them junk foods, because I'd get sick. I love damper, bush kangaroos, vegetables; I love catching fish at Finke River. I painted the area going towards Ormiston Gorge'. It is the Dreaming of the two possums. The possums are going towards the waterhole.
