I want to start off by thanking every single one of you that have done your part in social distancing. I know it can be a major interruption to your lifestyle and we all appreciate how difficult it is. But the more of us that do our part in flattening the curve, the quicker we can help our medical professionals deal with their ongoing COVID-19 response.
This was a big weekend in our city and our country as we continued to learn to live with the realities of COVID-19. I spoke to many of you the last couple of days and many of you voiced your concerns over EI and small businesses. While the city does have a role to play, I’ve been in constant contact with our provincial & federal partners and they are working their tails off to help alleviate these concerns. Our video conferences continue for your Ottawa-Vanier representatives and seeing as all three levels of government sit this week, we anticipate many more announcements.

The Business Development Bank of Canada is hosting a webinar on March 25, at 12:00PM. This webinar is for entrepreneurs looking for advice on how to manage their business through this difficult time.
