How would you prefer to spend your final days?

In a noisy, clinical, hospital environment, with limited visitors?
Comfortably resting in your own bed, with your favourite people, pets and belongings close by and all the familiar sights, smells and sounds of home?

Through our groundbreaking Hospice in the Home program, Warrnambool & District Community Hospice
is helping local people with a life-limiting condition make the most of the time they have left in the
comfort of home with the people they love.
Our free service, provided by specially trained volunteers enhances the success of home-based care with practical and emotional support, and opportunities
for family and friends to take a break from their caring roles.

As a free community service, with no ongoing government funding, we rely on the generosity of people like you to continue our valuable work.

With limited opportunities to raise funds over the last two years, and continued demand for Hospice in the Home, we need your support now more than ever. This month we aim to raise $20,000 to help create positive end of life experiences for people in Warrnambool and surrounding areas.
