Our site,, outlines our value proposition, which includes Data OUT/side®, our comprehensive database of up to 110 media owners and our integrated outdoor solutions service package aimed at making life easier for you, when you are planning and buying OOH as part of your media mix.
Our newsletter, OUT/side®, complements MMAP’s OOH solutions package by providing you with regular updates. Our On-Board section showcases OOH campaigns that we have sourced, packaged and sold to media agencies according to their brand strategies. Our Off the Board section draws from insights gained from selling for a wide range of media owners. We deal with many different brands, in different geographical areas and diverse target markets. All this information can be sourced off our database, Data OUT/side®.

Dulux adds colour to both sides of the M2 Freeway
October 2011 saw Applied Media Logic brief MMAP on the Dulux ‘Let’s Colour’ campaign which displays everyday people from Brazil and India to South Africa passionately transforming grey spaces into vibrant spaces. In keeping with this strategy, we sourced a high traffic “grey” outdoor space and packaged it for the media agency. The result is the innovative use of large format sites on either side of the M2 freeway, which effectively allow Dulux to “colour” this stretch of freeway.

Off the Board:  A new look at Braamfontein

Certain areas are synonymous with targeting hip audiences. Florida Rd in Durban, Long Street in Cape Town and Greenside in Johannesburg are but a few examples – how many outdoor campaigns would include Braamfontein?
Just like the now super-trendy London Docklands, Braamfontein is fast becoming the focus for Johannesburg CBD’s renewal.  Attractions include: The Bioscope - the city’s premier arts cinema with city views from its rooftop bar, live music and drama at The Alexander Theatre, and Arts on Main. Trendsetters also brave the once-deserted CBD to visit 70 Juta Street, a design hub with retail space, office space and restaurants. This is also home to Jo’burg’s version of Cape Town’s gourmet food market – the Neighbourgoods market.
We have some fantastic sites in this area, stored on Data OUT/side®. We have several iconic building wraps, one of which is situated only 500 meters from the new WITS Museum. This building is strategically positioned in between the Nelson Mandela Bridge and the M1 Freeway, with thousands of students in the area, plus high volume traffic counts daily. Food for thought for cutting edge brands….
