From the President...

WELCOME to Season 2023 and to the first of our weekly newsletters. I would lik eto PLEASE encourage you to take a look at tehse newsletters each week as we will use it to communicate valuable information to all our members.

Firstly, please note the following dates and put them into your diary AND do try and be present for the special events of our club.

Saturday 15 April - Start of Senior Competition
Saturday 22 April - Start of Junior Competition
Saturday 22 April - Start of KickStart program
Saturday 10 June - NO KickStart, NO Junior or Senior Games - Kings Birthday
Saturday 1 July - NO KickStart or NO Junior Games - School Holidays
Saturday 8 July - NO KickStart - School Holidays
Saturday 22 July - KCSC Annual Trivia Night
Saturday 16 September AM - KCSC Junior Presentation
Saturday 16 September PM - KCSC Senior Presentation

Also please note that for all Junior U8 - U18 TEAM players as well as Senior Men and Women players - it is MANDATORY for all players to wear Club Shorts and Club Socks on Game Days.

Seniors require Club Shorts; Black Club Socks & Blue Club Socks
Juniors require Club Shorts & Black Club Socks.

These will be available for purchase on the days as indicated in the table below and will be set up in the undercover area outside the storeroom.

For Parents of our Junior Players, it would be a great help if you can come prepared with a current pair of shorts and your child’s shoe size to assist with sizing.

Club Shorts are $30 each if bought individually
Club Socks are $15 each if bought individually
Kit consisting of Club Shorts & 1 pair of Club Socks (Black OR Blue) = $40
Kit consisting of Club Shorts & 2 pairs of Club Socks (Black AND Blue) = $50

Payments are accepted by Card or Cash

In terms of our teams we are practically full on most of our Junior Teams HOWEVER, we really need a few more U15 players - if you know of any players who were aged 14 on 1 January 2023 who would like to join our club please get them to contact me ASAP... our U15 teams BOTH train on Wednesday evenings from 5.30pm.

Our Chaplains...

We are blessed to have three wonderful people serving as Club Chaplains in Season 2023. Each of these individuals are here for you as and when you need them. They provide a listening ear and a ‘safe place’ for players, families, and all club members who might like to have a conversation with them about any joys, concerns, deliberations, or the challenges that life can bring.

We will have a closer look at each of our Chaplains and who they are over the next couple of weeks.

In the meantime please do feel free to contact them and have a chat OR look out for them at and around the club on training nights or game days.
