Please see the attached documents relating to the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Knox Churches Sports Association, which will be held on Wednesday 9^th November 2022 starting 7:30pm, at Knox Park Soccer/Cricket Pavilion, Ferntreegully Road, Knoxfield.

Please note Knox Churches Sports Association incorporates Knox Churches Soccer Club and Knox Churches Cricket Club together. As a member of Knox Churches Soccer Club you are hereby invited to attend and participate at the AGM. Parents of registered players and registered players over 18 are entitled to vote, as well as Associate members of the Association.

Given that this year we have 2 nominations for the secretary position, it will mean that it will go to a vote for who gets the position. If you are unable to attend please fill out the proxy vote and email it back to me (kevind_01@hotmail.com) before 7:30pm Wednesday 9^th November 2022. Or give it to someone who is going to attend the meeting.
