Jennifer Scalzi in Forbes: The Currency of Trust in the Workplace

A business case for cultivating trust as a career investment. "As members of professional service firms, many of us recognize that cultivating trust calls us to be vulnerable in an environment that expects a certain level of polish. How can you be taken seriously as a professional or leader if you’re honest about your mistakes and failures? Because accountability reveals more integrity than self-preservation does."  - Jennifer Scalzi

"Ultimately, the collective experiences of your clients, candidates and employees will determine the winners and losers.  A strong brand, reinforced by a meaningful purpose, values and culture, is required for firms to engage, deliver value and impact employees, candidates and clients.  An integrated business and talent management strategy is essential to attain maximum impact. While the battles rages on in the 'War for Talent' the most successful firms will choose to Play to Win."
- Carol Crawford

Hygiene for Data Decay: Focus on Your Top Contacts First

"Marketing initiatives are only as effective as the lists you use to promote them. If you’re facing the contact decay problem, consider focusing on your most valuable contacts first – and work with an expert to help you maintain them."
- Gordon Braun-Woodbury
