What We're Reading

In this piece published by Kellogg’s School of Management at Northwestern University, we enjoyed reading about how to keep high performers happy and what doing so would result in for your organization.

Studies show that top performers influenced others in a 25-foot radius by as much as 15% resulting in an estimated $1mm in profits.  That sounds like the first sentence of a business case if you ask us!
