Calibrate Legal Partners with the
Professional Development Consortium
on 2018 Compensation Survey

Calibrate Legal recently partnered with the Professional Development Consortium (PDC) to produce our 2nd customized benchmarking tool for professional development positions in the legal industry.

The goal of the survey, according to PDC Board Chair, Don Smith, is to "provide the most accurate and up to date salary and bonus information for professional development teams to support decisions regarding budgets and compensation structures to help fortify their firms in today’s aggressive hiring market."

As talent management responsibilities continue to evolve within law firms, it's critical for law firm leaders to have access to the latest trends in the professional development employment market. The survey was conducted and prepared independently by Calibrate Legal as a part of our core focus to help our law firm clients maximize their human capital investments.

The report contains data provided by 310 participants across the US and Canada. Our thanks to the hundreds of legal PD professionals whose participation made this 2018 PDC Compensation Survey comprehensive and relevant. PDC members may access the complete report here.

But remember, your employees are ultimately the ones who keep things moving, so no matter how busy you are, make yourself available to your team when they need it. Here's how seven entrepreneurs manage to make time for their teams, despite hectic schedules.  Read more here...
