Join DEBUT LIT for a showcase of NW debut authors during Phase 2 of Lit Crawl Seattle

DEBUT LIT presents a showcase of local debut authors, including Suzanne Morrison (Yoga Bitch), Nicole Hardy (Confessions of a Latter-Day Virgin), Lance Weller (Wilderness), Dan Coxon (Ka Mate: Travels in New Zealand), Jeff Bender (The Weight), Will O’Donnell (Beta Version) and host Rebekah Anderson (Let the River Take It).
It's a bar crawl...with literature! Lit Crawl Seattle
takes over Capitol Hill for an entire night during City Arts Fest. A total of 17 FREE literary events with over 60 performers will crawl from downtown over the hill. We kick off the night with a happy hour hosted by Leah Baltus, editor in chief of City Arts Magazine, followed by three, hour-long “phases” starting at one end of Capitol Hill, and progressing toward an after party finale at Hugo House.

More than 60 writers, hosts and performers including Garth Stein, David Shields, Mark Baumgarten, Washington State Book Award winners, Peter Mountford and Elizabeth Austen, Poetry+Motion, Book-It Repertory Theater, editors from City Arts magazine, Seattle magazine, Tin House, Sasquatch Books, the Seattle7, University Books and APRIL.

All Lit Crawl Seattle readings are free and open to the public (although some venues are 21 and over). We recommend participants bring cash so they can buy drinks quickly and get to the next reading.
