We're Feeding The Band Next Week!

The Jenison Band Boosters are serving dinner to the band during mini-camp next Monday and Tuesday, June 20th & 21st. 

The FTB Committee relies on YOUR DONATIONS in order to serve dinner. We're still in need of many donations. If you are able to donate, please click on the links below:

Monday:
Menu
Sandwich and Salad Bar (includes turkey, ham, cheese slices & shredded cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers). Peanut butter & jelly & nutella also available.
Bananas, watermelon, berries
Chips
Cookie bars
Lemonade and Water

Tuesday:
Menu

Band Payment #1 Is Now Due

Please remit your $150 band payment by Monday, June 13th. Payments should be turned into the band office with the payment coupon from the band packet. 

MINI-CAMP

Monday, June 20 & Tuesday, June 21

Mini-Camp is the kick off of the marching band season.
2pm - 9pm at the High School


A couple of mini- band camp reminders/thoughts/comments:

 -  Students will need to bring a large water bottle/thermos (a half-gallon jug is great!)
 -  Suncreen, chapstick, a hat and sunglasses are strongly recommended
 - Students should wear comfortable athletic/running shoes as well as lightweight gym clothes (not jeans or jean shorts)
 - Dinner will be provided by the Jenison Band Boosters:  Monday night dinner is a sandwich/salad bar and Tuesday is Pizza Night!

 - Please note, that mini-camp ends at 9pm; the students practice up until this time and then need to take care of their equipment before leaving. Please don't expect your student to be ready to leave practice at the stroke of 9.

 

Summer Cruise Night Series

Jenison Auto-Lab is hosting it's 1st Annual Summer Cruise Night Series: Throughout the summer stop by Auto-Lab for cruise night! $1 Hot dogs! Door Prizes! 50/50 Raffles Held with proceeds to the Jenison Band Boosters!!

The SCRIP program is one of our most popular fundraisers. By using the SCRIP program you not only earn money for your student band account, you also support the Jenison Bands. Through SCRIP you purchase gift cards for any number of businesses, local, chains, travel and so much more and each card shares a percentage of the sale with the Jenison Bands program.

SCRIP is available to purchase and pick up nearly every Monday evening from 6pm - 8pm, all year round. 

For those who are not yet using the SCRIP program we will be holding an Open House to assist with sign ups! On Tuesday, June 21st (same day as mini-camp) we will hold open house from 2pm-4pm and again from 7pm-9pm in the JHS Triple Conference Room. At the Open House you can get all your questions answered about SCRIP, sign up, purchase INSTANT SCRIP and sign up for Presto Pay. As an added bonus, everyone who registers for SCRIP during the Open House will be registered for a drawing of a $50 Meijer Gift Card!
