This is a courtesy email to notify you that our monthly subscription pricing is being modified to $12.99 across all accounts, effective November 1, 2021. The 3, 6, and 12-month packages will also be modified accordingly, and will retain their discounts.
For some of you, this price modification will have NO effect and your subscription amount will remain the same. This change effects 'grandfathered in' customers only.

Q: Why did you have to change my 'grandfathered in' pricing? A: This was not an easy decision to make, as we hate price increases as much as anyone. That's why last year we increased the price for new subscribers only, with hopes that would be sufficient. Unfortunately, there's more people leaving Pogo (and us by association) than joining. We hope it's been apparent over the years that our price increases are only ever done modestly, and out of necessity, to allow us to continue providing the Buddies we have all come to love and rely on.
Q: What about Single Buddy 1-year licenses? A: Because these are not a recurring subscription, the price will be the same ($19.99) for everyone, effective November 1. If you use 6+ Buddies in a year, I recommend signing up to the 12-month subscription package for access to ALL Buddies for the same price.
Q: I like the idea of access to all Buddies, but I don't want a recurring subscription. What can I do? A: Sign up, and then immediately cancel! Our 3, 6, and 12 month packages are particularly helpful in this regard: if you know you want to use Buddies for the next X months, choose that package and then simply cancel the subscription after the purchase is complete; your license key will remain active until the subscription time expires.
Q: I have a monthly subscription. Can I switch to a discounted 3, 6, or 12-month package subscription? A: Of course! Simply proceed through checkout and once your new subscription is active, simply cancel the old/original one.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription? A: If you decide to cancel your subscription, we offer our heartfelt thanks for your past patronage and hope you enjoyed being part of the Play Buddy family!
