Copenhagen has also arranged a series of one-on-one tours. These tours will be conducted by the experts that implemented the solutions and have experienced the results. A 1:1 tour offers an exclusive way to experience the Smart City of Copenhagen, and learn what they have done to improve the lives of their citizens.
Among others, tours will include a boat tour in the harbour to provide insights into sustainable solutions for a liveable harbour; A tour of the Ideon Science Park, giving a sneak-peek into the future of mobility; and a tour of the DOLL living lab will show Europe’s largest test-field, showroom and innovation hub for smart city intelligent lighting in a full-scale urban environment. Spaces are limited, so be sure not to miss out on the tour of your choice!

The European Start-up Prize for Mobility
ERTICO ITS Europe, the organisers of the ITS World Congress in Copenhagen, have partnered with the President of the European Parliament’s Transport Committee, Karima Delli, to promote sustainable, connected and shared mobility by supporting the new transport start-up accelerator, the European Startup Prize for mobility
. Networks and financial means have been put together to lend a hand to the future mobility champions through this pioneering initiative. Throughout 2018, the 10 start-ups that were chosen will attend Europe’s major technology events and meet many potential investors, partners and clients.
The Awards Ceremony took place in Brussels on the 22nd
of February in front of a jury of mobility experts and influencers. The winners of the evening were Cocolis, MaaS Global, Klaxit and Cargonexx.
The winners and organisers of the Prize will join many other start-ups at the ITS World Congress in Copenhagen, where they will showcase their solutions, present their work and share their experience.
