3rd SUNDAY OF ADVENT

December 15th

** We are expecting snow. Stay safe and warm! We will update the website and send an email announcement in the unlikely event our Sunday worship is ever affected by the weather. **

10AM
WORSHIP - ADVENT III
THE SONG OF ZECHARIAH

This Sunday, we celebrate the third week of Advent and light the candle of JOY!  Last week, the Trinitarian Congregational Church Choir shared the Gloria! of the Angels with us, and this week the FBC Choir will travel to Wayland to be at TCC.

11:15AM
GATHERINGS FOR ALL AGES

This Sunday:

  • Greeting Cards and Ornaments: We'll have stations set up in the Chapel with this fun activity for all ages.  Join us!
  • Biblical ArcheologyJoin this class with Dick Ransom to learn about his recent visit to the Society of Biblical Literature’s Annual Meeting.
  • Praying the Bible:  This group enjoys the ancient practice of 'praying the Bible' (also known as Lectio Divina), focusing on a particular Bible passage, not with our intellects, but with our hearts, listening for how God is speaking to us and our current life circumstances.  We will also pray about caring concerns for ourselves and others.
  • Bible Study: Zachary Roe (zsroe@hotmail.com) will gather with young adults and others interested continuing their worship with Bible Study.  Can't be here on Sunday?  Email Zach with ideas or to let him know you're interested
  • Kids Create; Sprouts: Kids will gather with the wider community to make ornaments and greeting cards. Our Sprouts room will also be open for our youngest friends.
