Q:  Will we ever learn more about Diana, Matthew, and the twin's futures?

A:  Well YES. Of course. Children are six-ish in book I'm working on now.

I am very good at winkling secrets out of my characters...

#GiveMeStrengthAndHealthAndTime
On this day, 2 November—the feast of All Souls—around the year 500 AD, Matthew de Clermont was born in a small village called Saint-Lucien.

I will always be grateful you walked into my life and turned it upside down. Whenever you have a tale to tell, rest assured I will be listening. To be continued...

#behindthescenes with @adiscoveryofwitchestv S2.

On this day, 17 November, in the year 1558, Elizabeth Tudor acceded to the throne after the death of her half-sister, Mary. Twenty-five, unmarried, and formidably intelligent she embarked today on a reign that few would have predicted would one day be called "the golden age."

It’s been a long month. It’s all the more important to take care of yourself. I’ve been making a list in my bullet journal of everything I can do in the days ahead to be kind to myself.

What’s on your list??

The United States was founded in a concept that a loyal opposition was not only possible, but desirable. A product of Enlightenment ideals, the new nation was crafted in strong contrast to the old political belief that those who disagreed with you must be destroyed.

All over the world we are losing this vital concept of civic engagement due to fear and divisive rhetoric that makes opponents the "enemy." And it is leading to populism, fascism, racism, and anti-Muslim and anti-Semitic sentiment.

We need to take a deep breath. We need to listen and to try to figure out why we are all so afraid. We need to try to reclaim those Enlightenment ideals of liberty, equality, and fraternity that are in such jeopardy. We must each be the change we want to see in the world.
