Wednesday, May 21st
11 AM - 12:15 PM
Minneapolis City Hall Rotunda
We need your help to influence the city's budget and bring more investment to South Minneapolis!
The Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) has been working with community members from all over the city to try to push for more investment in high-traffic corridors that are bearing the brunt of the city's safety and livability issues.
Join PPNA in asking for a $10 million investment into a Safety & Livability Trust Fund. This fund would be used to improve our neighborhood's infrastructure (better lighting, more trash pick-up, public bathrooms) and provide holistic programming (ex-felon programs, free laundry and locker services, housing outreach).
11:00 a.m. - Convene in Minneapolis City Hall Rotunda
11:15 a.m. - Hear from Speakers
11:45 a.m. - Lunch and Learn
12:15 p.m. - Elected official conversations
All are welcome, please extend the invite to those that might be interested. We will look forward to seeing on May 21st!
For more information, please contact PPNA at (612) 722-4817 or email@example.com.
