AARP Community Challenge 2019

AARP is now accepting applications for quick-action projects to help make your community become more livable. Successful applications outline projects to improve housing, transportation, public space, and other community elements, and make your communities more vibrant, safe, accessible, and equitable places for all residents. During last year's Community Challenge AARP awarded a total of 129 grants to organizations looking to make a difference. No project is too small. Grants can range from small grants of several hundred dollars to support short-term goals to several thousand dollars for larger, long-term community improvement projects.

Applications are due by April 17, 2019 and all projects must be completed by November 4, 2019. Learn more and apply.
