Laughter is the Best Medicine!

An eye doctor was enjoying his 40th birthday, with many friends and family celebrating at his house.

His wife had made him a surprise cake. The candles were lit and it was placed in front of him.

The doctor looked down on the cake, and immediately burst into a loud laughter, for there in front of him was a huge cake, with 40 marzipan eyes!

A guest asked him why he laughed, and after some minutes of laughter and wiping his eyes, the doctor said:

"I’m just thinking of my buddy who will be 50 next week, who is a gynaecologist!"
