Zone 7 Water Agency Appoints Michelle Smith MacDonald to Fill Vacant Seat
Livermore, CA – 5/3/19: At a special meeting of the Zone 7 Board of Directors on May 2nd, 2019, the Board unanimously voted to appoint Dublin resident Michelle Smith MacDonald to the seat left vacant by former Director Bill Stevens’ resignation.
Following her appointment, MacDonald Smith stated, “I am honored to be selected to join the Zone 7 Board of Directors. Zone 7 provides critical services to the Livermore-Amador Valley region in terms of water delivery and water quality and I am ready to contribute to thoughtful, forward-focused decision making that benefits the community we serve.”

Zone 7 works hard to maintain the integrity of your flood protection system to keep the area safe. This summer’s planned, current, and completed construction projects on Zone 7 flood control channels, as well as potential impacts to trails, can be viewed on this interactive map. The map will be updated throughout the construction season.
