2021-2022 Annual Report now available

Our annual report is now available online for the Tri-Valley community to review the Agency's highlights and accomplishments during the 2021-2022 fiscal year. We are continuing with our new interactive format, introduced last year, in alignment with our commitment to sustainability, accessibility and transparency. 

The report includes a comprehensive update on Zone 7's operations, staff, finances, and planning efforts in delivering high-quality water and flood protection services to residents and businesses, now and in the future. Some key achievements detailed in the report include:
  • Expediting critical water reliability infrastructure
  • Increasing water conservation rebates
  • Collaborating with retail water partners on critical drought messaging
  • Completing upgrades to the Patterson Pass Water Treatment Plant
  • Adopting phase one of a new Flood Management Plan

The Livermore Annual Art Contest is now open for students to inspire native gardening

The City of Livermore, CalWater and Zone 7 are once again sponsoring the annual Water Conservation Art Contest for k-12 students in Livermore. Students can create any type of artwork that shows the importance of water conservation in alignment with this year's theme.

Inspire your community to save water by going back to our native California plant roots with the art of your choice.

Special Meeting Announcement

Zone 7 Board of Directors will host two special meetings next week: 

Wednesday, February 1 @ 6:00 p.m.
  • The board will take action to address recent flooding including considering an emergency declaration and authorization of funds for emergency repair work for storm damages.
  • The board will review candidate submissions for the current vacancy and select finalists to be interviewed.

Thursday, February 2 @ 6:00 p.m.
  • The board will conduct interviews with the selected finalists to fill the current board vacancy.
Public participation is always encouraged, and we provide an opportunity for public comment at the beginning of each meeting.
