Healthy Missional Leaders Will Change Your Church

by Amy Schenkel
“We live in a reactive culture where even the most well-intentioned people behave in less than healthy ways... Marriages, families, churches, businesses, communities, and governments are all impacted by people’s lack of ability to work together in healthy and life-giving ways.  As a result, most of the systems in our culture are impaired and many are disintegrating. Episode 310: Elevating College Students

College students–they may not be able to give money, but they can give you their time.

In Episode 310 of the NewChurches Q&A Podcast, Daniel and Todd continue their mini-series where they answer questions submitted via office hours, a perk of being a Plus Member. On this episode, they specifically discuss opportunities churches have to develop college students and raise up leaders. Here’s today’s question:

In this episode, you’ll discover:

  • What can happen when you give college students a chance to lead.
  • Why churches should appreciate, value, and elevate college students.
