Sage Adding 2FA ( Two Factor Authentication ) To Products
According to this Sage website, 2FA is being added for all of Sage's products that use Sage ID for account login. That would include Sage Partner Cloud logins.
Other Sage products using 2FA include ( but are not limited to ) - Sage Accounting, Sage Payroll, and Sage HR (via single sign-on/SSO) and connected services such as Banking Services or Sage Drive.
Sage is working to add 2FA to more products and services as they develop their solutions.

How do I add, edit or remove an authorized contact on my Sage account?
To ensure that access to services and account information is limited to approved parties only, Sage requires changes to authorized contacts for customer accounts be requested vie email by a previously authorized person. To authorize a new contact on your account, please follow the steps below:
- A person who is currently on the authorized contact list must complete the attached email, Updated Sage Account Contacts
- Email the completed form to Customer.Service@Sage.com
- We may contact you to perform additional authentication in order to finalize the changes to your account, if we are unable to verify using the information in the email
- Note: Email address is required for all Sage account access authorizations
Important note regarding the Customer Portal and your payment details:
Please be advised that only the primary account contact can update payment details. Each account with Sage only has ONE primary account contact.
If you are the primary account contact, and the Customer Portal website instructs you to contact yourself, please call us at 866-996-SAGE (7243).

Additional Medicare taxes are not being updated to A/P Invoice Data Entry from Payroll Register Update
If you are trying to update your payroll taxes to Accounts Payable (feature added in Payroll 2.22.2), and have trouble with the Additional Medicare Taxes being transferred to an invoice it appears you are not alone.
Starting with Payroll 2.22.2 In Payroll Options you can integrate the Payroll module with Accounts Payable. When the modules are integrated, you can set up deductions and payroll taxes so that Accounts Payable invoices are created for them when you update the Payroll Check Register. This makes it easy to create checks to pay the deductions and taxes.
There appears to be an issue with transferring additional medicare tax amounts.
Sage engineering indicates on KB 117134 that they are reviewing this issue.
The ultimate cause appears to be there is no field for Additional Medicare in Company Tax Group to assign the vendor and Invoice Prefix like the other taxes.
