This Little Blind Pig Went to Tria
August 1 is National IPA Day. We're celebrating with a special IPA at a special price. Hopheads rejoice!
Have This IPA Instead of Roast Beef: Blind Pig
In 1994, Vinnie Cilurzo started brewing at the Blind Pig Brewing Company in Temecula, CA. Vinnie is credited with inventing the Double IPA there, but this diminutive, low-budget brewery was also lauded for its sublime "regular" IPA. Today, Vinnie still brews Blind Pig
at his legendary Russian River Brewing Company in Santa Rosa, California. It's everything that an IPA should be—
hoppy, citrusy, piney and perfect. To celebrate National IPA Day this Thursday, pints of this rare and generally costly brew are just $4 at Tria Wash West 'til the keg runs dry. The pursuit of hoppiness, indeed.

Two Nods for Tria in Best of Philly 2013
We're excited to have been mentioned twice in this year's Best of Philly issue, Philadelphia
magazine's annual guide to all things great in our fair city. For 2013, we were chosen for the Best Beer List at a Wine Bar
(good thing we're opening a beer bar
soon!) and Best Bar to Visit if You're Looking for a Meaningful Relationship
. We're glad we can help inspire love for other people in addition to love for great wine, cheese and beer.
