Miron Continues to Make Lean a Priority

Miron supports the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) and holds the Chairman position for LCI's Wisconsin Community of Practice. Our goal is to broaden knowledge and the practice of Lean Construction Techniques in the State of Wisconsin. Our involvement in LCI has afforded us the opportunity to both learn a great deal about Lean as well as lead others in our State. We use countless Lean tools in our mission to drive waste from our projects. We rely on Building Information Modeling, our C5 Methodology, Pull Planning and our Budget Management Process (Target Value Design). Each of these, coupled with our Experienced-Based Design Practices, allows Miron to identify and reduce the greatest waste of all, missed opportunity and unrealized expectations.

Members of the Miron team will be in attendance at this year’s 15th Annual LCI (Lean Construction Institute) Congress in Dallas, Texas, which will be held October 22 – 25. For more information…
