Last Call to register for Lunch & Learn
The final session of Lunch & Learn begins this week. This is your last opportunity to add a day, change days, or try it for the first time. Monday & Tuesday are FULL but a few openings remain in Wednesday and Thursday. Lunch is for the 3s & 4s classes, and runs from 12:00-1:30 PM. You can register here.

SLC Merch is here!
Spirit Wear arrived at SLC today at noon. Check your child's backpack (if they were dismissed later than noon) or stop by school tomorrow to pick up your merch. Thank you!

Staff Spotlight
Meet Kathryn Swarczewski! Kathryn has been teaching at SLC for 22 years. Currently in the Red room, Kathryn's favorite thing about working at SLC is building meaningful relationships with the children and their families as well as the supportive administrative staff. Outside of SLC, Kathryn enjoys reading, working out, spending time with her family and dog and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.
Fun Fact: Kathryn's sister Donna Oline is also a teacher at SLC!

Thank you to Board member, Narmaly Knight for the delicious spread today! The staff enjoyed Haitian hot cocoa and yummy fruit. Such a treat as we conclude Teacher Appreciation Week!

- April 3-7: SLC Closed (Spring Break)
Safety Reminders-parking lot
During drop-off and pick-up please take special care while driving and parking in the FPCE lot. Please drive slowly and carefully since there are small children that may be hard to see. There is no parking allowed in the Handicapped Spots unless you have the appropriate signage in your window--do not use those spots for drop-off/pick-up even if it's for a short time. Thank you for your cooperation!
