Dear Friends and Family of ArmeniaFund, rehabilitating our ancient lands of origin will require a sound strategic approach spanning months and years rather than the days and weeks we all desire. We can, however, dramatically shorten this time by stepping up as individuals and personally joining a movement that has been preparing over the last 20 plus years for this very moment.

Last month, the ArmeniaFund US team stepped up by personally traveling to every crucial project site as we conducted a thorough survey of our progress. This was not "work," but instead, a "privilege" to witness the sheer magnitude of what we have successfully executed since the war.
We have a long and difficult road ahead, especially with the bone-chilling months of Winter fast approaching. If our progress to date serves an inspirational testament of our determination to overcome any obstacle, then of greater significance is precisly identifying and prevailing over the challenges we face in the coming months.

As our team pushes, working harder every day, I am confident that the following updates, along with the detailed reports of our progress scheduled to be published over the coming months, will strengthen your support, unite our efforts and demonstrate to the world, the "Resiliency of the Armenian Spirit."
As purposeful as it is symbolic, the near completion of ArmeniaFund's most recent Housing Construction & Development Project will bring an entirely new meaning to the thought of "Home" for the resilient families of Artsakh.
2020-2021 PHASE 1 DETAILS
Nearly 600 Apartment Units in Stepanakert prioritized for the displaced families from Shushi and Hadrut, over 160 Apartment Units & 280 Houses in Askeran, and almost 50 kilometers of roads and highways to connect each and every corner of these communities are the beginnings of a new place to call home for the residents of Artsakh. This is just Phase 1, "the beginnings" of a long-term strategy ArmeniaFund has developed and is currently being implemented in the region.
When asked during a news interview, "Why are you still here?" a lifelong resident of Artsakh responded, "What do you mean? This is my HOME!". This simple yet powerful statement drives our increased support of large-scale construction projects such as this, and together, we can ensure that it stays their home.

As a result of your support and in combination with decades of experience managing complex projects, we are redefining the meaning of "My Home" from that of heartbreak and loss, to one of resilience and inspiration as we rebuild our ancient homeland.
Thank you for your support!
