"Stop Watching Us" rally Sat Oct 26
Join us  on Saturday, October 26 — twelve years after the “PATRIOT” Act — as thousands of people from across the political spectrum unite in Washington, D.C. to proclaim: Enough is enough - stop watching us. The momentum is on our side.   Let's prove we're an unstoppable force for our rights: due process, freedom from unwarranted search and seizure, and freedom of speech.

Speakers to include Rep. Justin Amash, Naomi Wolf, Bruce Schneier, Thomas Drake, Gary Johnson, Lt. Dan Choi and many more!

What: Stop Watching Us: A Rally Against Mass Surveillance
When: Sat., Oct. 26, 12–3 p.m.
Where: Capitol Reflecting Pool, Washington, D.C. (march from Columbus Circle, Union Station)
Who: You and thousands of others fighting to restore our rights
MCCRC friends: join us at the Takoma Metro Station at 11:30am!
More: check out great related upcoming events in the right hand column!

Join the resistance - support MCCRC outreach!
We want to raise $500 to continue our great success showing and discussing movies like "War on Whistleblowers," "Better This World," and "Top Secret America."  We want to do more - with a new screen, new documentaries, and funds for new sites and outreach elsewhere in the county.

So we've set up an "Indiegogo" fundraising campaign to help make that possible.  $50 gets you your very own retro sci-fi MCCRC "No Such Agency" poster; $100 gets you the same on a t-shirt; any amount gets you the satisfaction of supporting local activism that never quits.  Your donation will be collected by coalition member and fiscal sponsor Defending Dissent Foundation.
