Raise the Region begins at 6 p.m. tonight and lasts until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, March 11th. This year, Transitions is counting on YOU to help us build a safer Susquehanna Valley! As a nonprofit organization, each and every donation -- no matter how big or small -- helps us act on our mission of helping our families and communities become safer each and every day. Every single dollar will go to continuing to grow and provide meaningful services like counseling, our crisis hotline, emergency shelter, housing, legal advocacy and community education completely free of charge for the recipients.
