Exploring the Options
This may end up being a very different fall for the real estate market than we normally see. In fact, there may be an increase in activity and more people seeking help in buying and/or selling in the coming months.

What does that mean to you? It means you may have friends or neighbours looking for real estate help. If so, I’d appreciate it if you would give them my name. I’d be happy to answer their questions and go over the options with them. And, be assured, they can talk to me without ever being pressured to choose me as their real estate agent.

Also, if you’re entertaining the idea of moving, or just curious about what kind of new condo you could get into, feel free to call or email me. As your real estate agent, I’m available to you anytime you have questions or need advice — whether that’s this month, next season, or next year!

So, please, don’t hesitate to reach out. In the meantime, enjoy the fall season! I hope to talk to you soon.
