Rose to the Rescue aims to build long term relationships with clients by providing the best value of business requirements to suit all budgets. R2TR has designed the following packages that can easily simplify any challenging administrative task.
Each client will have an initial free consultation (1 hour) or a Rescue Call. The meeting can be face-to-face (locally) or by phone/Skype to discuss which package best suits your needs. Understanding what takes up too much of your time and energy is the first step to being rescued. Packages can be customized to fit your goals and budget.
QUICK RESCUE FIXES
This is for business individuals who have not used a VA before or perhaps you only have a one-off task that needs immediate support. Rose will happily rescue a particular task or variety of tasks to show you the value of a Virtual Administrator – trust me; you will wonder why you haven’t thought of this sooner!
HOURLY RESCUE RATES
- Administrative Support - $30 CDN per hour
- Website & Marketing Support $40 CDN per hour
- Business Coaching - $50 CDN per hour
LIFESAVER PACKAGE (5 hrs of administrative tasks) – $150 CDN per month
- Package prices are based on the level of service that we determine will fit your needs.
- Packages require a 3-month minimum contract.
- Packages are non-refundable and do not carry over from month-to-month.
For NEW business owners on a tight budget looking for a Lifesaver who will support your administrative needs, while you cruise the open seas of business opportunities. Each month, you select which tasks are priorities, with R2TR’s support, based on your business goals.
5 hours support typically includes:
If your needs are based on communication materials (i.e.: business letters, mail merges, client follow ups, client reach out by phone etc.) we will allocate the hours to such tasks. This package includes email support/updates and a quarterly ‘catch up’ meeting (by phone, local face-to-face meetings or Skype).
- Internet content marketing, setting up social media accounts and social media scheduling.
- Creating and sending out a monthly email marketing campaign(s).
- Creating or editing and scheduling monthly blogs.
SOS PACKAGE (10 hrs of administrative tasks) – $300 CDN per month
If you are drowning in administrative tasks, compliance requirements or general office management duties, then the following packages are made for you.
ALL HANDS ON DECK PACKAGE (20 hrs of administrative tasks) – $600 CDN per month
Have the feeling you are sinking in the middle of the ocean? This Rescue package is for more established businesses (such as law offices, financial planning firms, real estate agents and non-profits etc.) that need weekly or regular business administrative support such as:
- Maintain and keeping database information current for reporting/analysis
- Mass mailing projects and document preparation
- Providing content for weekly or monthly email marketing campaigns
- Assist in event planning or targeted event campaigns
- Client courtesy calls and follow-ups
These 2 packages include weekly email support/updates and regular ‘catch up’, (by phone, local face-to-face meetings or on Skype) to keep you up-to-date and measure your progress by staying the course.
EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS – from $160 CDN per month for up to 4 campaigns
This package is for busy business owners with no time or creative skills to keep in touch with their clients on a weekly basis. It’s proven that email newsletter updates are effective as it keeps you visible, at the forefront of their mind and adds value to your client base when they are perusing their email.
We will create a template and design it to complement your brand image and marketing strategy; contacts imported, a list created, copy/images/links added to template each month and approved email campaign(s) sent out on your behalf.
SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS – starting at $30 CDN per hour
Let us take on the monthly scheduling of your social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and/or Instagram). Being visible, creating brand awareness to your company's products, services and adding value through educational and informative posts is the key for business growth and customer/client loyalty. We can use your templates, images, quotes, inspirations or we can create posts for you with the emphasis of providing your audience with great content.
LINKEDIN PROFILE REPORT – $75 CDN per report
As a business owner, you know how important it is to be visible and well-connected, so having a robust LinkedIn profile is vital to your brand. But having one that is not adding value or attracting the right connections, due to your content, is pointless and may as well not be there. A report will be produced on our findings, with a guide to improvements and suggested changes that will make your profile stand out from the competition and improve your connections.
