SPECIAL EDITION

*** Many of you don’t like astrology. Forgive me, but I’m going to use some to start things off. We are going to explore the times in which we live, the coming election, and then show through stories of incredible people that there are solutions - lots of them.

THE GREAT SHIFTING……………………..

I’ve spoken of this many times. Now, please hear me.

Every 25,920 years the Great Cosmic Clock completes its year. All the various Cosmic Months or Ages of about 2,160 years each have finished - thus we now begin another round through the Great Clock. No one alive has seen this type of energy before. No one. We are caught in a massive shift of energy that we have no precedent for, no knowledge of how-tos or what-fors or whys, whens. Think. . . RARE!

In addition, as the previous Age ends (which ends the rotation of the Great Clock through its previous cycle), another begins bringing forth new currents of energy that establish and mold the new rotation. This creates an “overlap” where the Age leaving and the Age coming in are atop each other. Overlaps last about 150 to 200 years (we are presently a little more than mid-way through).

Going out is The Age of Pisces - male domination, emphasis on religious doctrine/superstitions/traditions, dogma, top down economics, large businesses and corporations run by a hierarchy, money in the hands of the few. Coming in is The Age of Aquarius - the collective and the common good, emphasis on spiritual awakenings, alternatives in science and medicine, inventions, bottom up economies managed by collaborative networks/consensus, independence, individual knowing, self-discovery.

In essence - right now - Capricorn (symbolizing tradition and politics, what has worked for several thousand years) is “smashing” into Aries (symbolizing pioneering risk taking, empowering the many instead of the few). Negative aspects: confusion, resentment, distrust, anger, wild weather with massive damage, wars on every level, people butting heads, religions dying out or becoming “deadly” with demands, people turning against each other, lies. Positive aspects: spiritual awakenings worldwide, people becoming more caring, willing and ready to help each other, a time of innovation and invention, new and different types of jobs and businesses, the breakdown of corporate mentality and the birth of collaboration and creativity.

INTO THIS MASSIVE MESS OF UNPRECENTED CHANGE, ENERGETIC AND PSYCHIC SHIFTS ON A GLOBAL LEVEL, WE HAVE A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION THAT DETERMINES WHO WILL LEAD US DIRECTLY INTO A PLUTO RETURN AS A NATION. More is at stake here than Hillary or The Donald.

In the U.S. astrological chart (based on our birth as a Nation), orbiting Pluto will return to the place in the sign of Scorpio it had when our Nation was born. This happens in 2022. Pluto in Scorpio means a time of extremes. Symbolically, Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio, is simply returning to its home sign - but - that sign of one of good/bad, white/black, war/peace, saint/sinner. In other words, no middle ground. The biggest challenge for Scorpios is to learn the meaning of grace and forgiveness. Because of this intensity, we would be wise to recognize a four-year timeframe from 2020 through 2024 (not just 2022) to be extra alert/thoughtful/resourceful/calm. Whoever is elected this November will reposition our country. We will either rise as a Nation and become what we were meant to be, or we will separate into spasms of ego that could render our Constitution ineffective. This is no joke. . . because whatever is not healed during our Pluto Return will be cracked wide open in or around 2045 when transiting Uranus is opposite our Nation’s natal Pluto. (I give more timelines in my book Children of the Fifth World).

A QUICK LOOK AT PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES:

Donald TrumpDonald Trump’s chart has energy concentrated in the upper left quadrant. He is a Gemini with Leo rising in his chart and Mars in Leo almost on the Ascendant (but in the 12th house, as is all his Leo planets). This is extremely important because he will tend to bully his way through whatever presents itself to him, one way or another, and his Moon in Sagittarius will speed up that process. This man is confrontive, me-first, and so clever and manipulative he can work rings around anyone at anytime, and always come out on top. He views life in a big way - as the ultimate entertainer and changemaker (positive/negative doesn’t matter, he’s in control either way). His greatest lessons come from “family,” his and others, and from his country. He is solidly linked to that which is traditional. . . yet the man is like mercury. . . he’ll change on a dime.

Hillary ClintonHillary Clinton has what is called a “bucket” chart - all the planets form a bowl with one sticking out from the rest to form a handle. All the energy in her chart runs through that handle - which is her Moon at 22 degrees of Pisces (a sign of mercy, deep caring, and service to others). She is very sensitive but never shows this as she is a Scorpio, with all her Scorpio planets in the 12th house. Just like The Donald she/he hides the fullness of power in what is called “the house of closets” (some link this to past lives or whatever is “past”). Clinton also has a great deal of Leo energy, but for her it is located at the top of her chart and in the 9th house. Her religion is far more important to her than she lets on. Because of the arrangement of Leo planets in her 9th house, she was born with a sense of destiny. Yet no one knows her. She has learned the hard way to distrust others. She knows she’s a leader, but can easily fall into manipulation to get things done. Her pattern: for every step forward, two backward.

Personally, I don’t like either candidate. I will vote. On that day I will pray first and vote according to how that feels. Our solace here is that both Vice Presidents are good ones - I favor Tim Kaine because I know him and I know that he is honest. Yes, I was asked by three clients to check on this situation through Guidance. Each time I received the same exact message: this election cannot be called. It will be decided at the last minute. Something may happen to Hillary either before or after the election that may harm or hurt her or set her back.

THEY SAY THE WORLD IS FALLING APART. WELL, IN A WAY IT IS…

What has once served us is collapsing. A new story is forming. Be in conversation to see what you can do to remodel, rethink, redo. What follows are a few stories about people who did just that.

Ainsley Threadgold became a police officer in England because he died. Yes, at the age of 13, he had a near-death experience. Once grown, he chose police work because that is where he could help the people most in need, converse with them, show them a better way. I met him at the IANDS near-death conference this July, and was utterly amazed at how he does this and the success he has.

Maurice Strong

Maurice Strong
, Canadian businessman and United Nations diplomat, pioneered international cooperation to address international problems with the environment. His writings inspired Pope Francis’ ground-breaking 2015 encyclical on climate change.

Rosa Parks

Rosa Park
refused to sit in the back of the bus during segregation in Montgomery, Alabama. Her act of civil disobedience led to the Bus Boycott, which helped to launch the career of a preacher named Martin Luther King, Jr.

Ram Das
Ram Dass
suffered a stroke that disabled him and shattered his image of being a caregiver to others. In his book, Still Here, he writes about the difference between curing and healing. Healing does not mean going back to the way things were. “It means allowing what is to move us closer to God.”

Rev. Peggy Bassett
suffered from Lou Gehrig’s disease. She asked that no one pray for cure. Her lifelong prayer was for a closer walk with God, which she was always too busy to do. In illness, she found blessings along with pain - her closer walk was at last at hand and she took advantage of every minute of it.

Abraham Lincoln
failed many times. He was defeated in a bid for state legislature, had a nervous breakdown, was defeated as a nominee for Congress, was rejected for a position as land officer, lost his campaign for U.S. Senate, was defeated for a nomination for vice- president, but in 1860 became President. Sheer persistence won.

Ulysses S. Grant
was the last-ditch choice of Lincoln to become a Union General. Where all other Generals met defeat, Grant won - because - rather than retreat in the face of resistance, he just went around until he met his objective.

Seward

William H. Seward
, U.S. Secretary of State, broke his arm, sprained his foot, and broke his jaw in three places when he fell from a carriage. Nine days later, an assassin broke into his home. He survived because, in order to heal his jaw, his neck was encased in wire netting - which deflected the assassin’s blade. What seemed “bad luck” turned out to be exactly what he needed to save his life.

Buckminster Fuller, famed engineer and visionary, used the term “Trim Tab” to explain how to leverage one’s power (like with boats) to serve others. With the Queen Mary, the whole ship goes by and then becomes its rudder. . . and on that rudder is a tiny trim tab that builds a low pressure to pull the rudder around. Takes almost no effort. It’s that tiny, extra pressure that turns around any load no matter how heavy or big to get you where you want to go.

Black Elk
was a Lakota Sioux medicine man. At the age of nine he nearly died, had a dramatic near-death experience that showed him he was to save his people. He later did just that as a Holy Man of extraordinary wisdom. He allowed no one to write about him until he met John G. Neihardt. Neihardt had had a childhood NDE as well. The two instantly “knew” each other. From their collaboration came The Sixth Grandfather: Black Elk’s Teachings Given to John G. Neihardt.

Andrew Carnegie
came to America as a poor immigrant in 1848, worked his way from being a bobbin boy in a textile factory to a telegraph operator for the Pennsylvania Railroad to being the wealthiest man in the U.S. as the owner of Carnegie Steel. He sold his company in 1901 to J. P. Morgan for $1 billion. Taught others how to do as he did for his remaining years - “refuse to worry, see yourself a success.”

Eleanor Roosevelt was awkward growing up, harshly criticized for her looks and squeaky voice, and being a child of privilege. On becoming a President’s wife, she was forced into public life. In 1939, famed contralto Marian Anderson, scheduled to perform at Washington’s Constitution Hall, was canceled at the last minute by the Daughters of the American Revolution because she was black. This enraged Eleanor, who promptly arranged for Anderson to perform at the Lincoln Memorial, which drew a crowd of 75,000 people. History today regards Eleanor as one of the most powerful and effective First Ladies ever.

Norman Rockwell
became the amazing artist we all love because he knew how to change his perspective. He captured everyday life with profound subtlety. During his 50-year-plus career, he faithfully detailed the innocence of childhood, the humanity of race relations, the simplicity of community, the power of presidents - all because he could shift what he saw to what he felt from who was there.

Alexander Hamilton
was born out of wedlock in the West Indies, orphaned as a young boy, worked his way through college, became George Washington’s aide during the Revolution, then become the first Secretary of the Treasury. His series of essays called “The Federalist Papers” helped to get the U.S. Constitution passed. He was among the signers. Today, his story is a hit on Broadway!

Clara Barton
, although painfully shy, managed to leave home on her own, get an education, and become a teacher. In Washington, D.C., she worked as a patent clerk, becoming the first woman in the office to be paid the same salary as a man. During the Civil War, she felt it her Christian duty to become a battlefield nurse. After the war, she started the Office of Missing Soldiers, which later led her to found the American Red Cross.

Alexander Graham Bell
set out to invent a device that would help his deaf wife and mother hear. When he saw that his invention could have broader uses than just helping two people, he developed it as the telephone - a device that changed the world.

THE SCIENCE OF FLUID DYNAMICS GIVES US AN IMPORTANT CLUE FOR CHANGING THINGS. . . .

The Power of Four It only takes four people out of 100 to change, then the ripple effect takes over: 4% is the tipping point. This applies to cars in gridlock, birds in flight, a crowd of buffalo in full gallop, colonies of bacteria, people leaving a sports arena, any kind of group effort or group involvement. Change 4% and you automatically change the greater whole. It is estimated that 4% of the general population worldwide has had a near-death experience - twice that, maybe three times that, have had a spiritual awakening of some sort. What comes after:

  • Loss of the fear of death
  • Less materialistic, more altruistic with time and resources
  • More compassionate, more loving
  • Sensitive to the effect of one’s behavior on others
  • More spiritual, less dogmatically religious or atheistic  (Get ahold of IANDS for a card saying this.)
Did you know that the famous Iditarod sled-dog race in Alaska, has an award given for last place?  It’s called the “Red Lantern” award. . . for perseverance.

VIOLENCE IS A PROCESS, NOT AN EVENT

…from the Qur’an…

Whoever kills a soul kills mankind;
whoever saves a life
saves all of mankind

…from Rev. Dr. David Ault (Science of Mind Magazine, August 2016)

The phrase “living out loud” describes a person who is living their code of conduct in a transparent manner. It suggests using everyday life as a platform to prove the principle of spiritual law - to take desire and go after it with intention and purpose regardless of public opinion or the unfamiliar mystery that fosters resistance. Living out loud is vulnerable, honest, and exhilarating, yet unnerving for anyone heavily tempted to retreat and surrender to the conforming voices around them.

To return back to this bold state of being requires letting go of perfection. In human form we all make less than optimal choices. Mistakes are like cosmic emery boards filing away the jagged edges of our evolution. Yet, without the trying and failing, the ebbs and flows, we can never understand and appreciate the nature of growth and its endless gifts. It requires letting go of the need to please. When burdening ourselves with people pleasing, we lose our identity and begin creating fragmented personas with hopes of securing our position in society. Because we don’t dare expose our perceived failures for fear of being judged, those very fears overtake and freeze us in a fraudulent existence. We aren’t living a life, we are managing our multiple personas.

It requires letting in a collaborative spirit with the Universe. All things are working together for our good, yet we may mistrust this. In fact, we can often feel that nothing is working and it is our job to get in there and control the outcome through effort and worry. Trust is key. Living out loud is cultivating that trust day after day.

A GLOBAL AWAKENING IS OCCURRING RIGHT NOW, TODAY. TO MATCH THIS, A NEW MANUAL HAS BIRTHED. IT IS THE LAST BOOK I WAS TOLD TO WRITE BY “THE VOICE LIKE NONE OTHER,” DURING MY THIRD NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE. It is now with an editor. Not yet sure of publication date. The Voice named it:

A MANUAL FOR DEVELOPING HUMANS

No chapters, only parts and sections - everything based on the number three. Everything separated by large thoughtform drawings, also has a few illustrations. Not like any manual you can imagine (nor I) - more of a one-stop book of basics. I guarantee you will be surprised. So was I. More later.

“A man has made at least a start on discovering the meaning of human life
when he plants shade trees under which
he knows full well
he will never sit.”  – Elton Trueblood

After August, I begin in September working on cases of people who had a near-death experience or something like it between the ages of womb and five years.

Many blessings, PMH
