"The Wonderworker"

Karen Wilson reminds us that the Patron Saint of Children was a man later to be called St. Nicholas. He lived in Patara (now known as Myra, Turkey), around 280 A.D.  A bishop and devout man, he was persecuted and imprisoned for upholding his faith in an age when Christianity wasn’t embraced by Romans.

Released under the Edict of Milan, he rose to great prominence for his many miracles.  Example:  he learned about an impoverished father who was about to sell his daughters into prostitution.  Rather than allow this to happen, the bishop secretly delivered three sacks of gold to be used as dowry, securing the girls freedom and safety.  “Secret” gifts such as this helped so many people that overtime St. Nicholas and his gift giving became legendary.

An Episcopal minister in 1822 by the name of Clement Clarke Moore, wrote “An Account of a Visit from St. Nicholas.”  In reciting this to school children, his creation came to be called “Twas the Night before Christmas.”  The generosity of St. Nicholas shone through what happened to Scrooge, thanks to Charles Dickens in his forever tale of wonderment called “A Christmas Carol.”  Of course, Grinch hearing about the Whos in Whoville continued such stories, all of them tracing back to a man who took the miracle of giving, especially around the Winter Solstice and the birth of the Christ Child, to an ever newer and higher level.

Historian Gerry Bowler examines the true identity
of Santa Claus in his book:  SANTA CLAUS, A BIOGRAPHY.

Christmas is a time of holiness, gratitude, and giving.
Here are some Holy Texts that reveal a fundamental unity
behind the world’s great religions:
  • JUDAISM AND CHRISTIANITY:  But to us there is but One God, the  Father, of whom are all things, and we in Him.  And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul and with all thy might.
  • HINDUISM:  He is the Creator, He the Disposer.  He Himself is one single, one only.  How many gods are there?  One!  I know that Person, the Last Source of every soul.
  • ISLAM:  Your God is One God.  He is the Lord of the East.  He is the Lord of the West.
  • SIKHISM:  The True One was in the beginning.  The True One is now. The True One also shall be.
  • TAOISM:  There is a Being wondrous and complete.  Before heaven and Earth It was.  How calm It is!  How spiritual!  Alone It standeth; and It changeth not. Around It moveth; and It suffereth not. Yet therefore can It be called the World’s Mother.
  • SHINTOISM:  When the sky is clear, and the wind hums in the fir trees, ‘tis the heart of God Who thus reveals Himself.
  • CONFUSIANISM:  Heaven will give great blessing.

***  Apply organic Pine Oil to each wrist each morning -you can get it on Amazon.
***  Make certain each day you take some vitamin D-3, zinc, and vitamin C.
***  Wonderful nuts to snack on: walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts (all are valuable).
***  Check your daily vitamins (whatever brand you take) to make certain there
is some iodine (you can get it from salt), selenium (most dailys have it, any
extra can come from brazil nuts--don’t need many),  magnesium (I take
extra per day--that’s up to you), and boron (you may want to take some
extra of this or find a food source (I take one capsule per month).
***  Exercise, be out in fresh air daily.

Think in terms here of basic elements.  A full regimen of vitamins and supplements depends on you and your physician and/or nutritional guides.  I consider prayer and meditation to be part of my daily health regimen.  Highly recommended is the book A MANUAL FOR DEVELOPING HUMANS and the exercise of Acu-Pressue Facelifts  Don’t just exercise your body.  Exercise your face, too.  You’ll love it!  So will your mirror when you take a look-see.  Fun!

Consider this discovery of “Stone Flour”

Ciara Nugent tells us about Bjarke Ingels,
a Danish architect, who has discovered stone flour.

You’ve gotta hear this.  During the last ice age, glaciers ground rocks into a fine, nutrient-rich substance - literally stone flour - which stimulated flora and fauna in some parts of the world.  Geologists are now investigating stone flour’s ability to bring life to infertile areas.  Nugent quotes Ingels:  “So say that in each container ship that sails across the oceans, you reserve four containers, fill them with stone flour and inject some when you cross a marine desert.” As plants grow, they would draw down carbon from the atmosphere, reducing the greenhouse effect.  “Then you can turn on the carbon-sucking capacity of the oceans.”  We can redesign the planet to cut greenhouse emissions, protect resources and adapt to climate change.  Stone flour may be one of the more left-field notions in the plan, but it will also fold in projects that are already under way.

…..from the summer edition of the magazine “Venture Inward,”
put out by the Edgar Cayce Foundation, is an article
by Herbert Puryear, Ph.D. that is most incredible!

“It is not so much that we are to return to God,
but rather that we are to express the fullness of the nature
of God in our present lives.”

“In his book Beyond Theology, Alan Watts discusses his personal search and why he developed preference for Hinduism over Christianity.  He came to feel that this tat tvam asi gave Hinduism an edge over Christianity because of a more inclusive philosophy of God in man.  But the Old Testament name “I Am That I Am” is the same teaching embodying the same principle.

“It is not the drop that slips into the sea, but the sea that slips into the drop!  The universe becomes conscious in the individual (but not vice versa), and it is in this process that completeness is achieved, in regard to which we can speak no more of “individual” or of “universe.”  It is not the drop that slips into the sea but the sea that slips into the drop!”  This insight not only recognizes the oneness of the godhead within and the universe without but also defines the direction of the flow of energy and consciousness, of life itself.  It is not so much that we are to return to God but rather that we are to express the fullness of the nature of God in our present lives.

“Jesus was accused of blasphemy for saying, ‘I and my Father are one,’ but when He replied by quoting Psalm 82, ‘Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?’  He made it clear that He was not making special claims about Himself but rather was quoting from a highly revered Old Testament source, reminding us of our own divinity.  The passage says, ‘Ye are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High.’

“The good news is not only that the Word was with God and The word was God and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us (that is, the Infinite into the finite), but also that He said I call you not servants but friends.  His claim to divinity, a block upon which we seem to enjoy stumbling, was in truth His claim for the divine origin and sonship of all people.  Though He said, “If you have seen me you have seen the Father,” He also said, “I in the Father and the Father in me and I in you and you in me”------Oneness.  The question of the divinity of Jesus is answered by the realization that there is only One and that One is God.
“The Infinite expresses in the finite.”

There are many highly trained people who are coming forward now to help individuals deal with the aftereffects of transformation, of that spiritual shift into dimensions of lifestyle unknown to them before.  Whenever I can, I will highlight these individuals so you can “knock on their door”
and see if they might be helpful to you in some way.

Last week, I contacted my computer provider and asked that my megabit level be increased from 10 to 40, the hope being that the larger band width would make it easier for me to do zoom shows.  Within minutes of the increase I was hit by a blast of energy so powerful I felt as if I was being “fried” on the spot.  Had to create an aluminum paper shield to protect my neck and chest enough so that I could turn off my computer. I immediately called my provider and had my megabit range reversed to 10.  They didn’t like doing that, neither do I, as the reversion holds me back from being able to participate in our new expanding world of virtual programs and connections.  I am a three-time near-death experiencer, with electrical sensitivity as an aftereffect of my experience.  In my research of nearly 5,000 adult and child experiencers, I found that about 55% came back with electrical sensitivity, some far more sensitive than I.  That’s a lot of us.  Take care, all of you.  With watches, use those with solar batteries.  They last much longer and perform better.  Remember, the aftereffects of near-death states are both psychological AND physiological.  I talk about this in most of my books.

Imagine breathing into and out of your heart.

Bring to mind a person or a place (or a pet) you absolutely love, generating a positive feeling.  Since 1991, the HeartMath Institute has tested and measured these kinds of activities using reliable, scientifically validated tools.  HMI has proven how “adding heart” to our daily activities and connections can lead to greater personal, social, and global coherence.  When we practice kindness, forgiveness, and latitude in our interactions, these qualities actually produce measurable benefits to our own and others’ well being.

Navy Seals comprised one of the first test groups with more than 400 scientific studies conducted since then.  Whether you are a crisis worker during the pandemic or just more emotionally reactive than you want to be, HeartMath promises personal stress relief, social fulfillment, and a global sense of hope and optimism.

If you are inspired by this groundbreaking research, you can sign up for a FREE HeartMath introductory course at  You can also participate in the Global Coherence Initiative that is measuring interconnectivity between human activities and resonant frequencies in Earth’s magnetic field.

Unique & Beautiful Cymatics
Gift Ideas for Christmas

RANDOM NOTES, made during the Ancient Mysteries
Conference, A.R.E., October 2020

These notes were made while attending this virtual conference. Each presenter’s job was to stretch the boundaries of your mind with ideas you may not have thought of.

James Viera pointed out that the early gods in history were androgynous (no distinctive male/female organs).  To him they were Double Soul/Double Sexed Bodies (sexual intercourse not necessary).  All Sumerian gods were androgynous.  All early “gods” were androgynous - “came out of themselves.” Babyonian Fish Beings were from the Sirius Star System - two spirit people -  male/female did not exist for a long time in history.  Many of the New Kids of today are androgynous.

William Henry spoke about the magical origins of Egyptian Temples.  It all began with Mu - The Home Lands - they brought into being all that exists.  The Most Aged Ones, Lords of Light.  Humans can resurrect and become a light body, can phase back and forth - were taught how.  Atlanteans were hybrids, from higher beings that betrayed their heritage.  Was Noah an Atlantean?  Had 3 sons - divided world into three, one for each son.  Genesis 6:9.  Enoch and Noah walked with God.  Noah is a hybrid being, not like us.  Flesh bodies came after we “fell.”  All of Christianity - every world system - shows us how we can return to our light bodies.
Christopher Naughton talked about “America’s Next Great Awakening.”  Religion, race, covid-19 - the crisis of America’s soul.  Our present state is Tribal.  Our old consciousness must awaken. Ernest Holmes was the mentor of Norman Vincent Peale; Joel Olstein preaches Ernest Holmes.  With Edgar Cayce, all paths lead
to God.  We must embrace our shadow - color/creed, race/religion.  According to Neale Donald Walsch:  “Your politics is your spirituality expressed.”  Hitler was the reincarnation of Pontious Pilate (who killed Jesus).  There are mystical roots of each religion.  Atheism plays an important purpose:  enables us to stop, really
look, and make a real decision.  A life is like a day in the lifetime of a soul.

The Unpaid Baby Sitter

(from Norma Auerbach)

Logic from an Uncluttered Mind

(kids, church, life around the house--also from Norma Auerbach)

A little girl was talking to her teacher about whales.
The teacher said it was physically impossible for a whale to swallow a human because even though it was a very large mammal its throat was very small.
The little girl stated that Jonah was swallowed by a whale.
Irritated, the teacher reiterated that a whale could not swallow a human; it was physically impossible.
The little girl said, 'When I get to heaven I will ask Jonah'.
The teacher asked, 'What if Jonah went to hell?'
The little girl replied, 'Then you ask him'.

A Kindergarten teacher was observing her classroom of children while they were drawing. She would occasionally walk around to see each child's work.
As she got to one little girl who was working diligently, she asked what the drawing was.
The girl replied, 'I'm drawing God.'
The teacher paused and said, 'But no one knows what God looks like.'
Without missing a beat, or looking up from her drawing, the girl replied, 'They will in a minute.'
A Sunday school teacher was discussing the Ten Commandments with her five and six-year-olds.
After explaining the commandment to 'honor' thy Father and thy Mother, she asked, 'Is there a commandment that teaches us how to treat our brothers and sisters?'
From the back, one little boy (the oldest of a family) answered, 'Thou shall not kill.'

One day a little girl was sitting and watching her mother do the dishes at the kitchen sink. She suddenly noticed that her mother had several strands of white hair sticking out in contrast on her brunette head.
She looked at her mother and inquisitively asked, 'Why are some of your hairs white, Mum?'
Her mother replied, 'Well, every time that you do something wrong and make me cry or unhappy, one of my hairs turns white.'
The little girl thought about this revelation for a while and then said, 'Mummy, how come ALL of grandma's hairs are white?'

The children were lined up in the cafeteria of a Catholic elementary school for lunch. At the head of the table was a large pile of apples. The nun made a note and posted on the apple tray: 'Take only ONE.  God is watching.'
Moving further along the lunch line, at the other end of the table was a large pile of chocolate chip cookies.
A child had written a note, 'Take all you want.  God is watching the apples....'

A teacher was giving a lesson on the circulation of blood.  Trying to make the matter clearer, she said, “Now, class, if I stood on my head, the blood, as you know, would run into it, and I would turn red in the face.”  “Yes,” the class said.  “Then why is it that while I am standing upright in the ordinary position the blood doesn’t run into my feet?”  A little fellow shouted, “‘Cause your feet ain’t empty.”
