Current Thinking on Environmental Regulation After Brexit

The departure from Europe by the United Kingdom was never predicated on a desire to weaken environmental legislation. JFA Provides Biodiversity Strategy for New Residential Development in Bexhill, Kent

The team at JFA have prepared a biodiverse landscape design strategy for a residential urban extension to Bexhill, which will create a visually diverse and habitat rich landscape.
Landscape design and management proposals will protect the existing wildlife on-site and will provide additional opportunities for an enhanced range of habitats, including a range of ponds with reed beds and wildflower seeding. There will be increased potential for wildlife and improved biodiversity. The resilient and sustainable landscape will meet the housing and amenity needs of the present and long into the future.
