Welcome to WARM's New Membership System!

If your membership was current at the beginning of July, then you were converted to the new system as part of changes WARM is making to protect your account information and to provide a better Membership experience in the future.

What’s changed?

- The directory page and your profile have entirely new looks and functionality! Check it out here: (You can see a great example of how your profile can look by checking out our VP Layl McDill’s page here: Layl's Profile (link should be:!biz/id/5d018242f033bfd83c5eef8c))
- Your profile now has the ability to include a gallery of images, a separate studio address, Social media links, and keyword searching such as by studio building location to make the directory more professional, attractive, and usable.
- Your contact information will be hidden from online bots, which should reduce unwanted calls and spam, while retaining a method to contact you through the website. If someone clicks on the link to send you a message, the system will forward the email to you without exposing your private information.
- The old issues with cookies and web forms that didn’t work on mobile devices have been eliminated with the new system.
- Your membership information will be protected through a US based company with better compliance, privacy, and more modern technology infrastructure.

What do you need to do?
- If your profile was converted as a current member, you will need to go to the profile page to retrieve your password for the new system.
o Go to
o Click the Request Password button
o Fill in the email that this message was sent to; it should be the email you used to create your old membership profile.
o You should get an email with your password shortly. **We recommend that you change your password when you login to your account for security reasons.
o Log in to your profile page on WARM’s website using the link above.
- You will need to update your profile to fill in some details and add your images. Your basic information has been moved over, but we could not download your profile image(s). We also have some new fields, like your studio name and address as well as places for your social media links, that didn’t exist in the old system.
- If you cannot get in or run into problems with this, please contact for assistance.
- There are links to help for the various features in your profile. There is also a brief cheat sheet of details about how we have set up the profiles that you can access here:

If you were not converted over, please go to to create a new profile.
We can’t wait to see your wonderful galleries and updated profiles!

Get your Box of Burnables* ready for WARM’s September FIRE SALE.
Every artist owns artworks created in periods of career development that no longer represent their current philosophy, process, or technique. WARM Fire Sale event provides the opportunity for works to find new homes along with the opportunity for the renewal of the artist’s creative spirit.
WARM’s Fire Sale event calls for WARM and Franconia Sculpture Park artists to contribute works through donation that no longer support current creative art investigation. These works will be available for reclamation/rescue by event attendees at Franconia’s Art and Artist’s Celebration, Saturday September 28, 2019, for a nominal fee until a conclusion when UNCLAIMED works are to be committed to fire.
Why burning?
Fire is often used to cleanse and promote new life. Jack pine seedlings grow well after a hot forest fire. In Shamanism fire ritual can be used for releasing a quality that's no longer serving you.
Parallels can be drawn between fire ritual and burning art that is no longer serving us. Perhaps it’s a style we've moved on from. -Melissa Critchley
*Art works must be non-toxic to humans and the environment.
Allowable: Paper: Drawings, watercolors, prints, photographs, acrylic paintings
Lightweight textiles (non-synthetic)
Not allowed:
Glass, metal, clay, oil paintings, and plastics cannot be submitted for display or for burning.
Artwork submitted is considered as a donation to WARM.
