The deadline for this unique 2 year opportunity is Nov. 19, 2017.
For the past 35 years, the WARM Mentor Program has been changing the course of women's and feminist artists' lives, as well as affecting change in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota art scenes.
The Mentor Program has been helping feminist artists at all stages to develop their careers through mentorship. Established artist/mentors are paired with protégée’s; together the pair embarks on a two-year Journey that explores in depth the protégée’s creative needs and goals. In addition, the protégées are submerged into a community of artists and experiences through workshops, lectures, and art critiques. They are encouraged to participate in small groups with their protégée peers. The two-year cycle culminates with a final art exhibition.
“The process of making work, talking about the work, then making more work leads to knowing your work, and using it powerfully. That is one of the things that makes this program great!” - 2015-16 Protégée
