With a skills-based and hands-on approach to learning, The Good Food Factory's Chef Amanda teaches traditional cooking techniques, theories, history, and knife skills, to young chefs in a working kitchen. Good Food Factory classes have a strong emphasis of farm to table and incorporate fresh, local and seasonal produce. Chef students will walk away from our classes with a working knowledge of culinary techniques and a foundation for being chefs their entire lives. Good Food Factory classes are as fun as they are delicious!
- The Class Series will consist of 5 classes.
- Each Class, chefs will cook a recipe from the different meal times: Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner and Party (Dessert).
Cuisine: New American Cuisine is a fusion cuisine, which encompasses ingredients and techniques from around the world, while celebrating local, seasonal and heritage fruits and vegetables.
