SeaWorld

COOL OFF WITH BELUGA WHALES AND MORE: When it’s hot out, there’s no better place    to beat the heat than at SeaWorld® San Diego. There are so many ways to chill out, including taking a seat in the front rows at a Shamu®, dolphin or sea lion and otter show, or taking a journey on a water coaster at Journey to Atlantis® or going for a spin inside a nine-passenger tube-like water raft at Shipwreck Rapids®.  An even more immersive experience is the marine park’s Beluga Interaction Program (BIP).  BIP begins with a behind-the-scenes tour that takes participants to visit SeaWorld’s enormous Pacific walruses and gigantic polar bears.  Then, guests slip into wet suits, and set their feet in 55-degree water to touch, feed and give training signals to beluga whales. The program fee is $215 plus park admission and includes wet suits, booties, lockers, changing facilities and showers.  Participants must be at least 10 years old and 48 inches tall.  Advance registration (800) 257-4268 (press 7) or visit www.SeaWorldSanDiego.com.

First 20 people to register will receive free admission.  After that the price is 1/2 off!  Use code scripps for the first 20.  If that doesn't work then you will receive the tickets at 1/2 off using the code:  scrippshealth.
