Eating for Energy
What would your life be like with an abundance of energy and vitality? Are you eating foods that provide you with this energy or foods that drain you of it? In Eating for Energy we will discuss the various ways that our bodies are depleted of energy each day and how to overcome them. We'll learn about which foods to eat (and which to avoid!) and we'll discuss simple, yet powerful changes we can each make every day to bring about the abundance of energy we crave!

It’s hard to distinguish between the truth and the lies when it comes to exercise. Come learn the truth so that you can get the best results from your workouts and make educated decisions about your health.
Bio – Autumn is the co-owner and founder of Tailored Fitness (
www.MyTailoredFitness.com), an online workout program for women that allows you
to build your own custom workout videos. Autumn grew up in an active family and exercise has always been an important part of her life. Yes, she is one of those strange people that actually enjoy working out. She is passionate about working with mothers to teach them how to fit exercise into their busy life so that they can experience the benefits of being fit and set an example for their children.

Tami Spence is a certified health coach and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. After seeing the tr
ansformative power of food and holistic health practices in her own life, she was inspired to share her knowledge and passion with others. She enjoys working closely with other busy moms like herself to help them make the positive changes in their health that they've always dreamed possible.
