Oh, the highs and lows of the Team NZ and the Americas Cup!

It’s a great example of a team performing under pressure, bouncing back after set backs, and applying skill, perseverance and determination  to achieve their goal.  The action we see is only the tip of the iceberg   – we don’t get to see the ‘backroom stuff’ that goes into building that team.  The putting aside of personal rivalry & relationship issues,  focusing on individual strengths, getting the right person in the right seat, constant and consistent communication and direction.  The result? A  team that functions like a well oiled machine.  Bring it home Team NZ!
