Dear <<First Name>>,

Your help is vital.

We have had an incredible year, but we cannot rest on past achievements. Under the current administration, we expect an even more challenging year with respect to fundraising and our ability to grow our programs and impact. We need your help to overcome these obstacles and ensure progress towards a sustainable future.

In 2017, we expanded our program in Indonesia, conducting an analysis of the Indonesian government’s planned investments in the fisheries sector. We hired Peru’s former Vice Minister of Environment to head up our new Northern Andes-Amazon office, which looks to expand our reach into Colombia and Ecuador. And in the Amazon region, we’ve begun an important analysis of planned road projects to support the prevention of devastating impacts for the environment and communities. Through our training and analysis, we continually raise the level of economic literacy with our partners, including government officials, managers, and NGO leaders.

Every day, support from donors like you makes our work possible.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re launching our 2017 Year-End Campaign. Our goal is to raise $110,000 by December 31st so that we can continue to advise policy makers and conservation advocates on the use of economics in decision making.

Would you be willing to make a special year-end donation of $50, $100 or whatever you can to help us meet our goal and protect special places around the world?

We simply can’t do it without you. Your support will help ensure environmental outcomes that help people and nature.

Please, click here to make your donation now. Our world’s most precious ecosystems - and the livelihoods of people who depend on them - are at stake.

Thank you for your continued support and friendship.

With gratitude,
