Exhibition success and Tre Screenings Tour Continues
Padstow School May Day Exhibition
Building up to May Day this year we've been working with the Padstow community and Padstow School to explore the history and heritage of the Obby Oss festival.  It's been a great journey and a fantastic opportunity to meet the wider community.  We've had a visit from the Records Office, talks/Q&A's with community members, workshops, film screenings and the bringing in of rare artifacts.

Each class took a  theme relating to Padstow's Obby Oss May Day and created art works which culminated in a 4 day exhibition at Padstow Institute.  The children's work along with archive films and old photos attracted 600 people - an overwhelming response.

A huge thank you to the school for their support, Joe our trainee who was rushed off his feet, the generous support and artifacts from the community involved and for all the positive feedback, the chats and insights the community shared about their wonderful history.

Becky and Julia from the Padstow community who curated the exhibition with us.
