One Day Retreat Approaching!
Hi <<First Name>>,

Whether you worked through lockdown, struggled with your health, or had to isolate yourself from those you love, this has not been an easy time. So, to give you a break we have started to host small, socially distanced, outdoor retreats. We'd love you to join us for a day of laughter, conversation, mindfulness and art, surrounded by the peacefulness of nature, on 29th August in Plympton St Maurice.

In other news, we have started two new groups. We still meet on Mondays on Zoom and Facebook Live, But on Thursdays we are now in a park in Plympton St Maurice, and on Fridays we are at The Sunflower Women’s Centre in Plymouth. 

If you haven't been to one of our groups before, you may like to try a Facebook live event. first These are free, and you don't even have to leave home!  How to Join us on Video Chat. 

Check out the links below to read what we have been up to during July. You will find a quick 'How To' video, and some sciencey stuff about whether mindfulness works or not. If there's anything you'd like to see coming up in our art groups, just hit reply and let us know. We are always looking for new ways to improve Mindful Art Club.
